Kiểu chế biến đậu hũ cùng thịt bằm theo cách thông thường đã quá quen thuộc với mọi người rồi. Hôm nay, mình mang đến công thức đậu hũ rim sốt thịt bằm sa tế với vị cay nồng, nóng ấm lan tỏa trong cơ thể quyện cùng đậu hũ mềm mịn, thịt bằm đậm vị. Đặc biệt khi ăn cùng cơm nóng càng kích thích vị giác hơn đấy. Thử ngay cách làm này cùng mình bạn nhé.
Đậu hũ non rửa sạch, để ráo nước rồi cắt thành từng miếng vuông, kích thước khoảng 1cm. Bạn nhớ cắt cho đậu hũ đều nhau như vậy sẽ ngon và nhìn hấp dẫn hơn nha.
Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, thả tỏi băm vào phi thơm, sau đó cho 30g sa tế, 8g hạt tiêu vào đảo đều lên. Khi bắt đầu có mùi thơm thì bạn cho thịt bằm vào, đảo cho tơi thịt rồi nêm 1/2 muỗng muối. Chế vào một lượng nước vừa phải sau cho hơi ngập nguyên liệu, nấu sôi khoảng 2 - 3 phút. Tiếp theo cho đậu hũ vào và rim với lửa nhỏ.
Trong lúc rim, bạn nêm 1 muống nước tương, đun sôi lại. Khuấy đều 2 muỗng bột bắp với 1 muỗng nước và chế vào chảo đang rim đậu hũ. Bạn cứ để sôi thêm 3 - 4 phút nữa cho tất cả thấm vị, ngon lắm đấy. Tắt bếp, múc đậu hũ rim ra dĩa sâu lòng và ăn cùng cơm nóng.
