Kem que dâu sữa tươi đơn giản, vị chua thanh tự nhiên của dâu tây kết hợp cùng vị sữa dừa béo ngậy hấp dẫn. Đặc biệt có thể cho bạn và bọn trẻ dễ dàng nắm lấy mà không sợ bẩn tay đâu nhé!
Dâu tây mua về đem cắt bỏ cuống rồi rửa cho thật sạch, cắt nhỏ dâu tây làm đôi hoặc 4 miếng cho dễ xay. Cho dâu tây, 2 muỗng canh đường vào máy xay sinh tố và xay nhuyễn.
Cho 200ml sữa tươi không đường, 50ml kem sữa tươi, 50ml nước cốt dừa, 100g sữa đặc vào nồi rồi khuấy thật đều nguyên liệu và bật bếp nấu cho hỗn hợp gần sôi. Tiếp theo bạn hòa tan bột bắp, bột mì và 2 muỗng canh nước rồi khuấy đều sau đó chế từ từ vào nồi kem, vừa chế vừa khuấy tới khi hỗn hợp kem sánh mịn và sôi lên là tắt bếp, đổ dâu tây đã xay nhuyễn vào cùng rồi khuấy đều.
Đổ hỗn hợp vừa đun vào các khuôn làm kem que, cho vào ngăn đông lạnh khoảng 7-8 tiếng đồng hồ là có thể dùng.
Khi dùng có thể ngâm khuôn kem vào nước ấm vài giây để có thể dễ dàng rút kem que ra khỏi khuôn nhé! Món kem chua mát lạnh này giải khát rất hiệu quả.
