Để bổ sung vitamin cho món thịt gà kho, bạn hãy thử công thức gà kho rau củ mát lành và lạ miệng này nhé. Gà được kho mềm với khoai tây, ớt chuông và cà rốt, quyện trong nước kho sóng sánh màu nâu đỏ thật hấp dẫn! Đây chắc hẳn sẽ là món ngon vừa lạ miệng vừa đầy đủ dinh dưỡng cho cả nhà đó!
Đầu tiên bạn chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu. Thịt gà rửa sạch, để ráo rồi chặt miếng vừa ăn sau đó bắc nồi nước sôi lên bếp để chần qua gà.
Vớt gà ra rổ để ráo nước sau đó bắc chảo lên bếp cùng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, khi dầu nóng đều thì cho gà vào đảo đều tay cùng với rượu trắng, nước mắm, đường. Tiếp đến bạn cho nước sôi vào lấp xấp mặt gà vào cùng với ớt khô, hạt tiêu, lá nguyệt quế, hoa hồi cùng gừng thái lát.
Khoai tây, cà rốt gọt vỏ sau đó cắt miếng vừa ăn. Tương tự đối với ớt chuông. Thịt gà sau khi hầm khoảng 30 phút thì cho khoai tây vào, đảo đều rồi tiếp tục đun trong 15 phút nữa thì cho cà rốt và ớt chuông vào. Nấu cho đến khi cà rốt và ớt chín thì thêm muối vào, nêm nếm cho vừa khẩu vị rồi tắt lửa.
Gà kho rau củ làm kiểu này không những có phần thịt gà mềm ngon, đậm đà mà còn ăn cùng với khoai tây, cà rốt nên ăn hoài mà chẳng thấy ngán chút nào. Đây là món ăn tổng hợp vừa tiết kiệm thời gian chế biến lại đảm bảo bổ sung nguồn dinh dưỡng đầy đủ cho cả nhà đấy!
